Hathway Cable & Datacom — installation is not happening even 20 days after the payment

.. I had made the payment before 20 days.. And have contacted thrice to the customer service.. Still the issue is not resolved.
After consulting the customer care executives.. They will say that it would get resolved by end of the day but dnt know which day 😓

This is completely inappropriate from hathway.
