[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — installation not done after payment | |
I registered for internet broadband connection (Account number:[protected]) with hathway one week ago on[protected] and paid rs. 1343 for the installation. Till date they have not come for installation or arranged any service engineer for installation. Every time i call their call centre, they say that the issue has been put on escalation and it will be resolved within that day. I have been calling for the past three days, but there is not a single call back received so far. Either they have to arrange for installation as soon as possible or say that the connection is not feasible and refund the amount paid. Was this information helpful? | |

This is in reference with the recent harassment calls from hathway regardig bill payment. its my humble request to lookinto the matter as a fact i am not liable to pay any amount which they stated since i had paid amount without default on my part in the year 2016
