[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — internal internet connection & irresponsible hathway team pragathinagar, kukatpally

Respected sir/mam,
We are using hathway for 3 weeks. Before installation, we asked to set an internal connection to our flat. But your team members set the outer connection. I have complained so many times to the local technicians (Suresh, [protected]). They are so irresponsible. We are facing a problem with the outer connection of the hathway net from the owner of our flat. So please kindly take immediate action to resolve my issue.
