I have shifted to new home located in Ananth Nagar, Bangalore on February from Doddanagamangala and in advance I had called customer care to shift the connection to new address.
After shifting they have collected my new address and have never confirmed about the new service availability on my new address.
I have even requested the team to close the connection in case if they can't shift the connection.
The connection is not closed or shifted till today but I still see they are billing for connection which is not active since February, 2018.
