Hi, My name is satish b v, residing at Room no 177, No.6, shree, lakshmi nilaya, situated at 2nd cross, gowdara colony, nagashettyhalli, Bangalore-560094 Mob:- [protected] Email id:- [protected]@yahoo.co.in I applied for internet broadband connection on 21st march 2020 at hathway (My account id [protected]) the technicians connected modem, but my connection could not be made since there was technical issues with modem, and i have paid rs. 2652 for the connection, i waited for couple of days and contacted executives, toll free, and mailed to support at hathway, but no response at all. I have asked them for refund and disconnection. Please help me to get back my hard-earned money and losses occurred since i could not work from home for one month because of the poor services.
