[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — internet connection | |||
Dear sir / madam, I have received legal notice from hathway broadband stating outstanding bill payment of rs. 1713.11 on my account with them. However, i had already discontinued their services last year and handovered router device to their employee who visited my house. All the bills were paid at the time of submission of router to their employee and no outstanding dues were pending on my account. I dont know for what they have sent me legal notice when i have not used their services for last one year neither i have received any bill from them till date for the usage charges. Then how can they sent me legal notice? Please help me in this regards. My family is scared because of this trouble caused by hathway broadband. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
