Hathway Cable & Datacom — internet connection still not working !

After 4 days of providing connection, Internet is still not working.

In a crisis situation like corona, when there is a need to WFH & after taking full advance payment, connection is not working.

Calling sales rep, more than a 100 times. Still no response.
Very disappointed.
