[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — internet has been down for 2 weeks now | |||
My internet connection has been down since 3 feb 2019. I placed my complaint on 4 feb but the technician came on 6 feb. After inspecting he said that there was some fault but did not tell me what problem there was and said that it would be resolved by 4 the next evening. It has been 1 week since then and still nothing has been done. I just want to know why is it taking so long. I have repeatedly called the customer care for any update. But they say that they don't know #. And after every time i file a complaint, my complaint is closed the next day without any action being taken. This really is some shoddy work and no transparency whatsoever. I need my internet fixed as soon as possible. This really is the worst service ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
