I m hathway user and have done complaint on 26 july 2019 regarding my internet is not working and today is 16 aug 2019 still my complaint is not solved no one there to take accountability of it. I m taking continuous follow-up but no one is listening. Every month i m facing such prblm.ac no [protected] pls help. Nodal officer cut the call
And say he don't want to listen and he is delaying the service he is too rude to talk. Pls help me or i have to file a legal case on ur company i m bearing loss due to this.
