Hathway Cable & Datacom — internet not working properly from a month.

I have taken hatchway connection but every now and then their internet is not working properly.
I have taken 50 mbps data plan but getting only 1 -2 mbps speed.
I have complained 4 times but it is automatically closed.
I asked for terminating the connection but they are saying that you won't get the amount.
