[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — internet not working since a week | |||
My broadband connection hasn't been working since a week and despite multiple complaints no action has been taken from the technical team. Customer service is also highly irresponsible and nonsupportive. I have complained atleast 10 times but they close the ticket everytime without confirmation. The isp is not picking the call despite multiple attempts. This has caused me a business loss as well. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the hathway team. Was this information helpful? | |||
