The internet connection is not available for last two days. When contacting the customer care services, getting the recorded message that due to technical snag, the service is disrupted.
For past two days getting the same message. No other message, how it will take to resole and when the service will resume.
I have sent the email also to this regard but no reply so far.
The business is effected to a great extent without internet service.
Would like to get the conformation that when the service will be resumed?

I called a lot of time to custmer he ignored me..
If you are anable to give better service to us then you can take your box return. I am not your servent for taking care of your box, ,
