[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — Internet service | |||||
Dear sir, As my account [protected] was deactivated for one year, the staff told us we need to recharge then only we can send technical staff to configure network. I paid 1500/- on 9 th may 2020 and daily i call the customer care they tell me we need 24 hrs. Four days ago they just sent another modem when i clearly told i need technical service, the guy another department will take care of that and till now there is no service and receive same answer from customer service daily.
