Hathway Cable & Datacom — internet speed is very slow

Hi team,

For the past 3 months i have been complaining about slow speed issue and i have raised multiple complaints in the hathway site. Sometime they close the ticket without fixing or fix it temporary and again just after 5 min or next day same speed issue.
Speed issue as per package is 100-150 mbps but most of time speed will be 20mbps and sometime like 2mbps. For god sake if not 100mbps please give me atleast 30-40mbps speed so that i can use the internet.
Worst broadband service and more than that worst customer care.
