Hathway Cable & Datacom — Internet top up plan not activated | |||||
Pathetic attitude from hathway customer service. These guys downgraded my speed from 50 mbps to less than 1 mbps because i had reached my fup. Upon paying for top up plan of rs. 52/ 10gb immediately, these guys take their own sweet time to merely activate the plan. Happened in march as well, and then they took a whole week to activate. Same game they're playing this month as well, not activating despite repeated calls. Customer reps are clueless. Only blame another department, and asking to wait 4 hrs or end of day each time i call them. Will be filing a case with consumer court soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
