Dear madame/sir, Myself ms. Rutu tawde, cable vc#[protected], has written mails of grievance to your consumer complaints forum as well as to hathway office. Reason: lack of broadcast of channels and no customer support provided by hathway cable numbers and emails provided of help desk and nodal officers and ceo of compamy hathway. Facts:1] paid annual subscription fee from sept 2018 Refer to my mail below, if hathway cannot provide us the service then please ask them to refund our subscription Fee. My contact numbers are [protected] and [protected] Ms. Rutu tawde Dear madam/sir, Kindly note that i have an account with hathway for cable services and there is no reception of cable channels. I have paid for annual subscription directly to hathway starting from september 2018. Have tried calling hathway company executives and written to your nodal managers, and yet there is no response from hathway. But today i have received a message that i need to subscribe to the channel. My second query is about the new trai compliance rules and regulations, regarding that whom should i speak with as i have purchased an annual subscription.
