Hathway Cable & Datacom — lack of proper service and lack of response through any means

We don't get the service that we have paid for. I have paid my subscription fee for the month of march still am not able to subscribe for the service. All means to contact the hathway service goes in vain. Am unable to lodge a complaint neither in their portal nor in their app. Worst customer service i have come across

I had requested to change my channel offering as per the chosen channels (Based on trai guidelines) on 18th march 2019 and paid the money. been calling the customer care and local cable tv operator but no response.


Please help me

I m nishant i what to disconnect my Hathway cable connection since cable operation is not respoding to putting my complain here.
