Dear team,

My smc no is[protected]. i live in asansol, west bengal and according to digital india mib this is das area and hence the mso/lco is obliged to provide me proper invoice mentioning the fta and additional channels rate as per trai guidelines.

But unfortunately i'm struggling to get proper invoice and your customer care is also not co-operative and misguiding me by saying that this area is non-das area. please clarify.
