Hathway Cable & Datacom — Lousy Internet Speed | |||||
A while back I moved from Nextra to Hathway on the enticing bit that it was offering more speed. The plan been taken was 50Mbps, where was the last entire month and a half I have never received the given speed. Worse to that nowadays the speed in the evening drops to a few 100 Kbps. The resolution team today morning post my call adjusted the speed back from there backend from 5Mbps to 39Mbps in the morning, but now it is back to 220 Kbps. When Hathway cant maintain service levels atleast with some decency, why are they even allowed to run operations on Broadband. Sukaran [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
