Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd. — I recharged Rs.565/- on[protected], and Rs.[protected] Still Internet connection is not working | |||||
I have a Hathway connection from Jan-19, Account No.[protected]. After Jul-19 I am not Using the Hathway above said connection. And then I like activate the same connection I call The people they are installing a new connection No.[protected] I was using from Mar-2020 I asking for the old connection number but they are providing a new connection. So I made a complaint to close the new account and activate the old connection. After that They are activated the old connection. I recharged Rs.565/- on[protected], and Rs.[protected] Still Internet connection is not working. I called several times and made a online Complain about the connection but there is no action. So pls I need my two months recharge amount refund. Pls do the needful as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
