Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd. — Internet speed issue

I have an Internet plan with hathway wherein I should get 1 mbps speed during the day and between 12.00 am to 8 am in the morning, I should get a speed of 3 mbps. I know you never get the exatc speed. But the speed provided by hathway is disappointing. I am paying more than 4000/- for 6 mnths and It still buffers when I play a video on Youtube even after 12.00 am. Imagine what speed they must be giving during the day. Earlier the speed test use to show a download speed o[censored]pto 2.35 mbps after 12.00 am which was satisfactory. But even after 12.00 am if you hardly get a speed where videos start buffering even at 480p then it is a concern since I am paying so much for that speed. It is not that this thing is happening for a day or two. I have waited for days now or weeks and it still repeats. It is enough now.
