I raised my concern in Hathway iOS Mobile Application, to disconnect my connection as I moved to another location. Its been almost more than a month, that I raised that concern in the Mobile app, but still, daily almost I keep getting calls from Hathway Customer for more offers or they keep saying, "Your plan has expired and recharge it as they have the best offer for the day". Almost every time, I explained to them very patiently about my concern, I raised a ticket in-app to disconnect the connection and I do not want any more internet connection". Whenever I explain all the thing to them, they simply say.."I noted everything sir, you will not get any calls". And when they again called me, I questioned them "Don't you have any notes appearing on my account", they simply replied "No". I also faced some unprofessional words from customer care too. Likewise, they irritated me numerous times even though I said "stop calling me as I do not need it". I told many times to customer care folks, "not to call me" and raised a concern in-app to disconnect. What else do I need to do to stop getting calls from you? Finally I approched here.
