[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — made payment of rs. 550 to hathway for internet and still didn't get the net | |||
My name is puneet grover, i was getting calls since 2 months to reactivate my connection .. and they were giving discount 50 Mbps plan for Rs. 550/month i payed Rs. 550 on 30th June, On 10th June i received modem and then i checked my plan active was 5 Mbps not 50 Mbps i return the modem and complaint to customer care to change my plan to 50 Mbps since then customer care keep on saying it will take 7 days .. now its more than 30 days .. Also on 20th July i called customer care regarding same issue and they told me you have used connection for 20 days now we cant change your plan ... Then i explained them that how can i use your connection without modem ...
