Hathway Cable & Datacom — many hd channels on hathway bangalore, are not coming

My a/c with hathway cable tv in bangalore many hd channels there is no such channel appearing ac/ no [protected] have been complaining from 12th feb but no resolution after paying rs 800/- also will i still be charged for nfc while these 18 channels (Hd * 2) is not coming for last 10 days
