[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — modem installation

I recharged for hathway connect after a long gap for 755rs on 19th december 3:00pm a person from their side have called and assisted me then after that he said modem will be installed the same day evening today is december 24th i have called 3 times a day for customer care daily but nobody is responding properly.
