[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — money not refunded and now spammed by calls and messages

I had tried to start a connection in 2017 and paid 2300 rs and because the wiring could not be done, i was told i will get refund. It is almost 3 years now, despite multiple calls and mails, i haven't been given a refund and am spammed daily, multiple times by calls and messages to reactivate my connection. I do not want a hathway connection. Please, if you cant refund the money, at least stop reminding me daily that you are theifs
