Hathway Cable & Datacom — My initial connection not yet done after 3 weeks and counting | |||||

[protected] I am very disappointed by manner in which hathway behaves with the new customer. i fear what they would be doing with old customer. 3 weeks i i thought of joining hathway for the data connection. i contacted the company and very promptly the person called me. the very next day he came to my house to collect the cheque. after which there is no contact. i told him, that i require the data quickly and he promised but i am still waiting. I have called the company several times, they initiated the complain but i still have no clue where i am getting the connection. couple of days back i received sms saying my complain is completed. i am not sure who you have completed with because i still have no connection. I hope you look at my concern and address the same. You should understand just getting 1 cheque for new customer and do nothing does not look good at your part. Was this information helpful? | |||||
