Hathway Cable & Datacom — my internet is frequently disconnecting | |||
Account number: [protected] My issue is related to Hathaway router low download speed and frequently disconnecting which occur day by day. I make complaint through Hathaway app ...My issue is resolved but I am always facing low speed issue and sometime internet is not accessible because router not showing internet light. Today LOS light is blinking in red color. I make complaint issue is resolved but speed is very low 10mbs only...hence, I am unable to download or stream in YouTube. I experienced worst service from hathway. Low download speed is very big concern for me..and internet is disconnecting. Resolve this issue immediately...or take action. I think hathway face server problem. In the month of mid December and till today. I am facing this issue repeatedly. Was this information helpful? | |||
