Hathway Cable & Datacom — my net speed is very slow, hathway providers has no care | |||
I have been facing slow speed of my net from almost 4 months, i have raised requests to hathway customer care, now the net speed which i am getting below 512kbps, my plan is 50mbps. There is huge difference. All the time these people will deactivate the account if the bill is paid a day late. Who will compensate for all these kind troubles i am facing now. It is almost a month have not used my net properly. Most of the times the net gets disconnected frequently. There is no proper care from hathway even when i raise a request to them. Most of the times they close the request / ticket raised by me without resolving and without a check with me or without my concern. I hope you will try to solve my issues. Same problem ever pls call your cable operator to subscribe to this channel they ask us to wait but now one month over still we are getting the channel I am felling very bad about this
