I made a online payment of rupees 5303 for the new broadband connection:[protected], i have called them several times and they keep on posting only one thing that we are working on this case. I literally don’t understand what you guys are working at the back end. Is this how you provide a customer service? Nobody is bothered to listen to my concern. Please i need my refund back..
