Hathway Cable & Datacom — new connection - issue with plan and service | |
Hi, Day - 1 I have requested for new broadband connection of 50 mbps speed - rs.349 monthly plan, however after activation, im surprized to see that they have activated rs.399 plan, instead of rs.349. Also, when i connected this internet to my smart tv, video buffering is not at all happening, which is not allowing to watch any videos with this 50 mbps speed. After cable installation, for activating and modem setting, they will do remotely and finishing the activation request and not listening what we're saying. I'm very much disappointed at the service they're providing. I request to correct the plan and send the technical person to home, to fix the video buffering issue immediately.
