[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — new internet access | |||
My name is Ramachandra B, I had opted for internet connection, account no.[protected]. I paid the amount for annual subscription on Saturday night i.e. 07-Jul-18. Until today (a week), I did not get the internet access. "They are still saying that need 2 days" While reaching out the concern person, he is been telling the same story "it will be done today". I don't know how to continue with your broadband being this kind of worst service at the initial stage. Please help me get the necessary access ASAP or return the money.
