Hathway Cable & Datacom — no cable tv for 6 days | |||||
Every month there is technical problem for a few days. The cable operator does not pick up the phone many times. The Nodal Manager seems helpless always. Despite sending email, there is no solution for 5 days. Hathway sent reply asking details and yet no solution. I want a refund for the days from 29th Sept 2018 till 5th October 2018.
