[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — no connection after making payment | |||
Hello, I have requested for a new connection with Hathway Broadband and agent checked our address and said there is feasibility and processed till the payment. Now he is not even calling us about delay in giving the connection. He said connection will be given in 24hrs, but now it's 3days. No cabling person or any person related to Hathway visited our house. Even when we called the agent or line man they are saying that they will come and check in 1hr. But now 1hr had passed till 3days. Please let me know the best way to escalate this problem to the higher officials in Hathway. Was this information helpful? | |||
