Hathway Cable & Datacom — No connection after payment, now no refund also | |||||
Account#; [protected] As a customer, this was the first time i really got pissed up with a company. On 11th aug 2016 i made the payment for broadband, and i waited for a day to get the connection, after that i literally made 24 calls to the so called customer helpdesk @hathway and every time i get false assurance from them; some saying wait for 1 hr, other wait for 4 hrs; few other said to wait for 3 days, and till today i haven't got the connection. Now all i need is my refund but for that also there is no update form the helpdesk and no reply of my mail from the billing helpdesk. There is absolutely zero customer satisfaction.
