Hathway Cable & Datacom — no connection and low speed if connected

I have been a subscriber of hathway broadband, pune location. For the past 3 months i am unable to browse or in case there is connection the speed is very less. I have complaint using their app almost every other day, the technical team has mentioned that they are unable to resolve my issue as there is a problem at thier node. I have asked for a refund of the my subscription fees as the speed specified is 50 mbps but the actual speed is less than 5 mbps and there is frequent disconnection. I have mailed them however still not received any response

Updated by jacobmathew74 It is very appreciating that you have finally responded to this complaint on the consumer forum, the account number is [protected] . For the past 6 months this issue of connectivity is going on still I was promised that it would be resolved by Jan end .I am raising a service request every day and the issue still persists however the complaint is closed the next day . This is going on for for the quite some time. I also shared couple of reminders for refund of my charges since the I am not getting any connection or slow connection. How do I get the refund ?
Your service has become the worst in the last couple of months and I would advise everyone to avoid signing up for your service .

Updated by jacobmathew74 The problem for the above issue still persists and still there is no communication from Hathway .This may be one of the worst service that one could expect. I have paid for 50 mbps speed and receiving no connectivity or very low speed of 3 mbps . Attaching my mail
