Hathway Cable & Datacom — no connection and low speed if connected | |||
I have been a subscriber of hathway broadband, pune location. For the past 3 months i am unable to browse or in case there is connection the speed is very less. I have complaint using their app almost every other day, the technical team has mentioned that they are unable to resolve my issue as there is a problem at thier node. I have asked for a refund of the my subscription fees as the speed specified is 50 mbps but the actual speed is less than 5 mbps and there is frequent disconnection. I have mailed them however still not received any response Was this information helpful? | |||
