Hathway Cable & Datacom — no connectivity for 5 days, what are we paying for?! | |||
It has been 5 days, and over this period we have made at least 15 calls to tech support. It’s the same pattern every time. They say everything looks good on their end, then tell us next level support will call, someone calls the following day and asks us to reboot devices. Internet comes back on, they hang up. And 15 minutes later, back to square 1. There is no permanent fix provided and on top of that, we can’t even file complaints over the hathway app because that doesn’t accept the credentials hathway themselves provided. On top of that, they have the most rude tier 2 support. I was living abroad for almost 2 decades and after coming back, it is sad to see that companies in india still have no regard for customers they’re billing or urgency to resolve issues. I really hope this pathetic service isn’t indicative of other broadband providers in india. Was this information helpful? | |||
