[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — no internet access since thursday afternoon | |||
Since 3 days there is no internet access and literally 3 days i have been calling customer support and they tell me the same answer either application is down and there is an outage and it will be fixed in next couple of hours and sometimes they even pu automated message saying there is an outage and maintenance happening and it will be fixed in 6 hours. They forward the customer calls to this automated message and hathway doesn't even care for the customer issues. Pathetic company and worst customer service provider in the world as far as i know.
