[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — no internet | |||||
Hello Team, I am a Hathway Subcriber with Account ID: [protected], Past one week there has been hardly any internet. Customer care takes in request and next day I get response that its already resolved but it isnt. I requested refund as i just recharged my account which they denied as well. Its painful hopless service by hathway, I even tried to call and reach Nodal authority but there has been absolutely no response from them. If they cant provide the service why dont they refund the customer money. I Paid for internet service and there is no internet and all help from support team has been useless.
