I was told the internet will be fixed in 24 hours. Well its more over than 3 days i am without the internet. I have already paid for 2 months.
Worst service.
I have been calling the customer service and sending multiple emails but its all wasting time. At least other providers care enough to send email or call to acknowledge the issue.
I complained on 9th may and today is 13th may. I even sent email to nodal officer but who cares huh!!!
