I was a hathaway internet customer and took 6-months pre-pay connection. This internet was not even working 20% of time. Inspire of this not working because of hathaway team promising for uninterrupted internet i renewed for another 6-months by paying in advance. This time it almost never worked and we were helpless due to bad support.
We disconnected it and now hathaway is sending threatening emails saying legal action for router which was promised as free while taking connection.

Hathaway is following bad business practice with no support to customers and on top of this resorting to blackmail strategy. I already lost rs.4, 500 and you may verify records that not even 20% o[censored]ptime in connection.
Kindly help take a consumer complaint and resolve this.
