Hathway Cable & Datacom — no internet service since 15 days | |||
There is no internet service from Hathway since 24th June at my house. Waited 2 days and logged first complain on 26th June which got auto-closed, logged another complain on 29th June which has been ongoing. There has been no communication from Hathway. Everytime I call them, they say it is a cable/permission issue which would take 3-4 days. But no one confirms when the issue would be sorted and no one calls back to update. I mailed them asking to terminate my connection and refund my balance amount of the year, but no response on mails as well. Can you please help Was this information helpful? | |||

I am having horrifying experience with Hathway. False commitment and bad customer service. They are really not bothered for customers. I am waiting for 20 days for installation till now not done. Pathetic.I am going to ask for cancellation and refund.
