[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — no service is provided and no refund is done | |||
I have applied for new broadband connection on 09th january and made all the payment by false commitment by hathway sales representative. Later i was told that my request for new connection is cancelled because of non feasibility and refund is initiated and shall be done in 10 - 15. But today it is more than 15 days no refund is made and when i spoke to customer care they told me that it would take 15 - 30 days. These hathway people are cheating all the customer and request to take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
