[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — not getting my deposit back | |||||
I have used hathway internet for almost three years when i was staying in hsr layout sector ii and then i was shifting to another area. As they do not cover my new location, i asked them to disconnect my connection. At the time of connection, they took 1055/- as deposit for their modem and i have a receipt that mentions that it is fully returnable. I disconnected my connection on 22nd july 2017 and their representative came and collected the modem. I was told by their executive on the phone that i will receive a cheque of the deposit amount withing 15 days of returning the modem. It has been more than 1.5 months that i don't hear anything from them. Whenever i call their call center, they tell that concerned department will call you but nothing happens. Instead, they keep calling me to recharge my account even after disconnection. Please help me to get my deposit back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
