Hathway Cable & Datacom — not given proper attention and information to consumer

I am mahesh kumawat regular consumer of hathway btv since 2013 in 508, scheme no. 51, indore my consumer number is[protected]. Our cable operator mr. Mukesh joshi are not told properly about plan and payment mode and process. His behaviour and talking sense not good from consumer. He told about charges he will not collect money from home. But he collected always from home regularly. Please provide best solution about it. Thanks
