Hathway Cable & Datacom — Not providing a new connection | |||||
Hi team, I had requested a new connection on 18th feb-2017 (saturday). they promised to give connection on next day... i. e sunday and told you will get a call from technician. But no any call from technician. i called many times n they confirmed to give on monday.. same comments technicial will call.. but no call. same thing happended till wednesaday. even i asked when you are free that time you can gave me connection.. but still i hadn't received any call from technician.. they have mentioned the comments "lock door" without visiting or any call. The person who has collected my document he is not responding my calls.. i called from another number he told technician will come but no one is ready to give technician number... atleast they should provide technician number so that atleast we can approach. Below is the info please take action on it or else i will publish it on social networking or media even to my friend circle. If we are giving me new connection the why you should take my documents abd all. If still not happened anything i will complian about it.
