Hathway Cable & Datacom — Not providing bill copy for my renewal | |||||
My number-1584183. I need a bill copy for my renewal payment which I made recently. I have been following up since 1 month. Sent several mails making calls daily.. The response I get is i t is in progress. And it has been in progress since many days. I simply don't understand how long it takes or generate a bill copy. This is minimum expectation. I need to submit bill in my office.. Today is last day. You guys don't take your customers seriously. Least bothered to reply mails also. This is pathetic derive and worst company ever.. You don't HV prociaoion to talk t billing dept. Every time I cal customer care. They say iris escalated. But bill is not provided till now since 20 days.. I would never refer Hathway to anybody. My connection no. Is 1531108 is not working since 30.10.2016 and no one is picking phones on local service numbers
