[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — not providing proper solution for internet | |||||
Dear, This regarding my internet, i had raised one complaint regarding the hatchway internet problem on 19aug that time the representative has informed the problem with router and it needs to replace to get the internet access. The rep informed that some one will come to replace the router but it is not done for more than one month. Again i had called them in 07oct to check to due to busy i could not able make calls frequently to them. The router was replaced on 07 oct and the person is informed again it problem from hathway side and need to extend my internet renewal date because of i could not able to used the internet which i was paid already (Prepaid). Now again i called on 10th they are telling now it my fault to that i didn't used the internet and there no problem from their end where as it is complete false information and blaming me.
