Hathway Cable & Datacom — not refunding money for returning modem and router

I have terminated my hathway account on 30th jan, 2018 and returned my modem and router to the hathway office. The amount deposited for the same was supposed to be refunded to me within 45 days. But even after 90 days hathway is not refunding me my amount and they are just giving out excuses.
