[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — not refunding my prepaid connection due to non availability of service in the area | |||
I have a hathway broadband account (Ac no [protected]). I have shifted to a new location (Within 5km radius) and tried to shift my hathway connection from old location to new. I was been told by hathway that they dont have connectivity in that area. So i asked for a refund and surprisingly they said they cannot refund me my money back. Now i am at a loss as hathway is not giving me refund as they said that they do not have their services and internet connectivity will again cost me as i have to get a new service provider.
